Sugar bells were good but thought they would be sweeter. Would like to try the real oranges to see if they are sweeter.

I would give a zero if I could. We received oranges as a Christmas gift we were told they’s be here by Jan 16th. Never came until the 24th. Several oranges & tangerines arrived bad. I called 3x told I would retain my place in line just leave my number and they would get back to me. After 2 weeks I sent emails to them they still never have gottenback to me. I told the gift giver to stop using them. I don’t know how you get them to care.

We received fruit as a gift for Xmas. Here we are on the 4th of March and we receive an apology email offering to replace the three pieces of rotten fruit we received, IF WE SEND A CREDIT REQUEST AND PHOTOS TO PROVE. Incredible! They should have contacted the gift giver and refunded their money in full. Terrible warranty policy.

Horrible customer service we received a box of fruit as a gift, upon opening we found 2 oranges crushed and moldy and 2 pears bruised and wet. Tried calling them on hold for 29 minutes, emailed them and didn't get a reply for a month
I sent all the info they requested along with pictures I am getting the run around, I have sent all info 3 times if they don't want to replace the fruit don't make it an option. The fruit was on nothing special you could buy it at your local "department store"

Well I got my fruit basket on the 12th of February 2022 the basket was nice but some of the fruits were rotten and unedable I emailed customers service several times I was a first time customer and not only was the basket for Valentines but part of our anniversary gift. There was no way that the fruits were fresh can't rot that quickly very dissatisfied can't give a good review at this time

Hale Groves does nit honor it's advertised sale prices. I called in an order that advertised a 10% discount and the 2 different reps insisted there was no 10% sale. I complained to a supervisor and was told the marketing dept does not communicate with the sales dept! So they don't hinor sale prices.

Re three trays of ordered honeybells. More than half of the oranges were not the more expensive honeybells. No bell shape, difficult to peel, very seedy and sour. The honey bells that were included were delicious as expected. Also three spoiled oranges in the lot. I have another three trays arriving in february. If they are not all honey bells I will leave another review and will not order from this company again

The box of pears received in Dec were good. Then ordered more red pears for January. Not so great. Smaller, not much flavor. Box of honey bells and navel oranges was very late in delivery. No response from customer service. When received, box only had honeybells, no oranges. Sent note to customer service but based on other reviews, I won't be holding my breath.

Many orders over the past year. The only one I was disappointed with was a pear sampler I ordered to arrive just before Thanksgiving. The order was delivered more than a week before Thanksgiving. Since the pears were supposed to be ripe when shipped, I put them in the fridge fearing they would not make it until the holiday. So disappointed when I took them out Thanksgiving day for a special treat to find them hard and unripe. If I had known, I would have left them out to ripen.

We received Hale Grove pack as a gift. I tried to upload a pic of the oranges and tangerines we received. The appearance was terrible - no grocery store would put these on display. One orange was completely bad and others were dry or fermented in taste - obviously old stock. With a minimum cost of $29 this is not only disappointing but unacceptable. I've sent these myself as gifts before but I won't in the future.
